Why You'll Love It

CCD Vision Positioning

Camera registration auto-aligns artwork to pre-cut blanks, jigs, and irregular shapes - no manual calibration.

Triple i3200 Heads

Three Epson i3200-U1 heads push up to 15 sqm/h - industrial throughput in a desktop-format line.

Print on Pre-Cut Parts

Toss phone cases, badges, or cutouts on the bed; the camera finds them and prints each one in register.

Built for Daily Production

Reinforced gantry, dual water-cooled lamps, and auto white-ink circulation for all-day reliability.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does CCD vision actually do?
A camera above the bed scans the items you place, detects their position and angle, and automatically aligns each artwork - you can place pre-cut blanks anywhere on the bed and they print perfectly registered.
Is the third head worth it?
If you run full-bed batches daily, yes: throughput is roughly 1.8x the standard 6090, so the machine pays for the upgrade in higher monthly capacity.
Can it print on irregular shapes?
Yes. Vision registration handles circles, die-cut shapes, and mixed items on one bed - each gets its own aligned print.
What power does it need?
A standard 220 V outlet on a 16 A circuit. A 110 V configuration is available on request for US workshops.
